ok I’d like to first calm your nerves about my use of the word hypnosis. This isn’t lie down on a couch, watch my pen and cluck like a chicken. Hypnosis is really about getting your mind in a relaxed state. Lets face it, the battle of figuring out how to quit smoking is a mental battle.
The hardest part about quitting is the fact that you’ve trained yourself how to do everything with a cigarette in your hand. They don’t call it quitting the habit for nothing.
Habits are mental, that “need” you get when you are stress and the calming nature of those endorphins when you succumb to that “need”; It’s all mental! Why not fight your battle and learn how to stop smoking on the right battle field. This may explain why you may have tried to quit and failed before.
Thanks to the advancement of Science there is a way to bring this fight to the right battle field with some intelligently placed sound waves and reinforcement. Scientists have figured out a way to have your brainwaves match the dissonance of tonal frequencies. In English that means they can use sound to make adjust the speed of your brain waves. Monitoring your brain waves during certain activities, then using sound to get your brain to match the frequencies of those activities can create some astounding results. They’ve opened up doors to get your mind to respond with more energy, memory gains, relaxation and even sleep just by tweaking your brainwaves. This sounds a little weird but easily achievable with a cd and headphones.
What we’re after is within certain waves of the relaxation frequencies there lies a sweet spot that has been proven to help people who are struggling with addiction. This is not your typical means of “hypnotism”. There aren’t even words but rather just putting and keeping your mind in a relaxed state and it literally melts your urges to smoke away. You win the battle in your mind and you’ve won because you fought intelligently.
